We were staying home for Thanksgiving this year. But, a series of family events will lead us back to my mom and dad’s house for our Thanksgiving Meal. Why weren’t we going in the first place? Well, my two oldest kids are in college and they just want to be home. We host our family Christmas and a tree decorating dinner so one holiday with just the 5 of us didn’t seem such a bad idea….. But, this week, that all changed, so we will be at my parents house to share dinner with my parents, my brother, sister in law, and nieces. So, I won’t be cooking the meal from “soup to nuts” but, if I were cooking, this would be my menu….
