I have never been much of a cereal eater. Bran Flakes with sugar, an occasional bowl of Frosted Flakes until now. I have found a cereal with as much protein as an egg, tons of fiber and flax! Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! The Honey Almond Flax is my favorite! I could eat the whole box easily. The texture is sort of like a good granola only better.
